Role Description

The Owner role at BIM TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Owner is expected to represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events, while fostering a collaborative and ethical workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, with experience overseeing technical projects and solutions.
  • Proven business management skills, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, partners, and employees.
  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Understanding of relevant UK regulations, health and safety standards, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional registrations are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a full-time basis.
