Role Description
The Owner role at Tutopiya is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The owner is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring across global markets.

Qualifications
- Experience in business ownership, leadership, or senior management within education, edtech, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, operations management, and financial oversight.
- Background in online education, tutoring, or academic program management, ideally with familiarity with IB and IGCSE curricula.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, partnership development, and customer experience optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to engage across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial but not required.
- Comfort with digital tools, analytics platforms, and remote collaboration technologies to support a global online tutoring operation.
