Role Description
The Owner of Pédagogie Routière Outre-mer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategy, and growth in a full-time remote capacity. Daily responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing business goals
- Managing budgets and resources
- Establishing efficient operational processes
- Developing educational and training programs
- Maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Cultivating partnerships
- Managing client relationships
- Representing the organization in external communications and negotiations
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Guiding team members or contractors
- Continuously improving services based on learner and customer feedback

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, management, or leadership, with the ability to set strategic direction and oversee daily operations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to coordinate activities, communicate with stakeholders, and manage projects.
- Experience in education, training, or pedagogy, preferably related to road safety, driving instruction, or regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with digital platforms and basic IT tools for administration, online learning, and remote collaboration.
- Relevant academic background or professional certifications in business, education, transportation, or a related field are advantageous.
