The Owner also represents Fujifilm UK in external forums and works closely with corporate headquarters to drive long-term success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership, business ownership, or executive management within technology, imaging, healthcare, or related industries.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of driving growth and organizational change.
- Robust financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and resource allocation to support sustainable performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and corporate structures.
- Commitment to inclusive leadership, ethical business practices, and maintaining a respectful, compliant working environment.
- Ability to work on-site in London and engage regularly with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Relevant higher education in business, management, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience at an executive level.
