Role Description
The Owner role at Three UK is a full-time, on-site position based in London, responsible for leading the strategic direction, performance, and long-term growth of the business. The person in this role sets and refines vision and goals, oversees major commercial and operational decisions, and ensures that customer experience and network quality remain at the core of every initiative.

- Reviewing financial and operational performance
- Guiding senior leaders
- Evaluating investment opportunities
- Aligning business priorities with market trends and regulatory requirements
The Owner works closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in connectivity, build strong brand partnerships, and support corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role also involves stakeholder engagement, representing Three UK at key industry events, and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including setting long-term vision, defining roadmaps, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, investment evaluation, and sustainable growth management.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities, including mentoring senior leaders, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational change.
- Skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and partnership building with key external partners, regulators, and investors.
- Deep understanding of mobile networks, digital connectivity, and emerging technologies such as 5G, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization credibly in public forums and industry events.
- Commitment to ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is
