Position: Customer Experience Associate
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and inquiries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Assist with basic customer issues and follow up when needed.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Perform general customer service and administrative tasks.
