Position: Customer Experience Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions, requests, and inquiries.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with basic customer issues and follow up when needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain customer records and service updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.
  • Perform general customer service and administrative tasks.
