About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Service Centre and be a key player in shaping its success.

You will be working as part of a team to deliver all servicing to Rolex specification on quality, lead time and cost. As the Oyster Technician you’ll draw on previous experience to ensure every timepiece that passes your bench handled with extreme care and precision while also supporting the flow of timepieces within the workshop as they start and end their service journey.

Responsibilities

As an Oyster Technician, you will:

  • Ensure all timepieces are correctly cased up following the Standard Operating Procedures after servicing.
  • Ensure all timepieces undergo the waterproof testing procedure.
  • Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filled out, attaching any required testing documentation.
  • Complete Rolex 'Quick Service', which includes bracelet and strap adjustments and replacements, and link adjustments.
  • Ensure that all spare parts used are allocated to the correct job.
  • Provide training to new starters within the wider department.
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop team.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Rolex Level 20 Accreditation.
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical watch movement.
  • Understanding of the requirements of our clients and excel expectations.
  • Collaborative nature, able to work in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication principles.
  • Confidence with Microsoft packages.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
