We are now looking for a Accounts Payable Team Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team!
About the role
- Support the P2P Manager in ensuring all month end, quarter end and year end procedures are completed in line with the agreed timetables, including Fusion close, balance sheet reconciliations and KPI metrics.
- To pay all GNM suppliers and contributors accurately and on time against approved purchase orders and coding, in line with our company payment terms, following the timely and accurate matching of PO’s/invoices.
- Carry out rolling reviews on aged creditors and invoices on hold, ensuring problematic supplier accounts are managed effectively.
- Assist with the new supplier process, ensuring adherence to purchasing due diligence and all P2P policies.
- Contribute towards the team reaching expected SLA’s for the P2P team email inbox and dealing with all related supplier and contributor queries.
- Assist with month end preparation, helping the business to clear any invoicing issues
About you
- Good Knowledge of Google Suite
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Self-motivated problem solver
- Experience of working in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
- Experience working within a team to organise day to day functions
