Job Title: P2P Architect
Location: Billingham - UK
Experience: 15+ Years
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced P2P Architect with strong SAP P2P/MM expertise and a deep understanding of UK procurement processes and VAT compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure UK procurement processes align with the global template and statutory requirements while supporting solution design, testing, and cutover activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate UK procurement processes including vendor onboarding, PO, GR/IR, and invoicing.
- Ensure UK VAT compliance and statutory reporting alignment.
- Collaborate with offshore teams on configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles and drive defect resolution.
- Drive cutover readiness, including open PO migration.
- Ensure alignment with the global SAP/CF architecture.
- Develop and maintain solution design and process documentation.
- Support invoice automation and vendor management processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of SAP P2P/MM experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK VAT and procurement compliance.
- Hands-on experience with vendor onboarding and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of PO, GR/IR, and invoice processes.
- Experience with invoice automation.
- Strong solution design and documentation skills.
- Experience working with global SAP templates and offshore teams.
- Strong SIT/UAT and defect-resolution experience.

Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience.
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other third-party procurement platforms.
- Experience with procurement transformation and cutover activities.
