P2P Coordinator
Location: Home Based
Salary: Band 6
Schedule: Full time 37.5 hours per week working between the hours 8am – 5pm

As a P2P Coordinator in our Justice and Immigration team, you'll play an important role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the smooth operation of our Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. Your work will help maintain strong financial controls, support operational delivery, and provide a trusted service to colleagues and suppliers.

What you'll do as a P2P Coordinator
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment transactions accurately and in line with agreed procedures and service levels.
- Monitor invoice and purchase order activity, taking proactive action to prevent overdue invoices and payment delays.
- Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and supplier queries, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records and transactional data within SAP and associated systems.
- Support compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and wider finance teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience working within a Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable, or finance administration environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately.
- Good working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Vetting and checks:
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
