Are you looking for a six-month temporary role where you can use your P2P and team leadership experience? Signature Recruitment is recruiting a P2P Lead for an immediate start with a well-established public organisation in London.
This is a hands-on role combining team supervision with Procure-to-Pay operations, data analysis, workflow management, and systems testing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a small team, including 1:1s, performance support, and escalations
- Managing P2P tickets and workflows against agreed SLAs
- Analysing and reporting on data using Excel
- Supporting requisitions, reconciliations, and transactional finance processes
- Completing UAT and providing feedback on system issues
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements

What we’re looking for:
- Team lead or supervisory experience
- P2P, Accounts Payable, or finance operations experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with ticketing or workflow systems
- Confidence working with numbers and financial processes
- A reliable, detail-focused approach and ability to get up to speed quickly

Role details:
- £21 per hour + holiday pay
- 6-month temporary assignment
- Immediate start
- Hybrid working in London
- Monday to Wednesday working from home
- Thursday and Friday office-based
Candidates from the public sector, NHS, commercial, or other complex organisations are welcome to apply.
Due to operational requirements, you must be available throughout the six-month assignment with no pre-booked holiday.
