YOUR ROLE
P3M (Project, Program & Portfolio Management) Advisor plays a critical role in aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives. The function provides governance, planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder management across projects, programs, and portfolios, ensuring successful delivery of organizational transformation, efficient resource utilization, and measurable business value.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the NEXTGEN programme governance framework by preparing governance materials, ensuring clear documentation, and facilitating structured decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update integrated programme plans by consolidating inputs from regions and workstreams, tracking interdependencies, and ensuring alignment across deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver structured reporting by collecting, validating, and consolidating data, enabling transparent and reliable insights for senior leadership.
- Apply and support the adoption of standard P3M methodologies, tools, and templates, ensuring consistent use across regions and maintaining programme artefacts.
- Track programme-level risks, issues, and changes by maintaining logs, monitoring status, and supporting timely escalation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate closely with regional and functional teams to provide clarity on planning, reporting, and governance requirements, supporting alignment and consistent execution.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree (or currently studying towards a degree) in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, equivalent early professional experience or internships in a business or project-related environment.
- Initial experience (e.g., internships, graduate roles, or up to 2 years) in project coordination, PMO, or administrative support within multi-project environments.
- Exposure to supporting activities such as planning, reporting, or coordination of tasks and deliverables.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of project or programme management concepts (e.g., planning, tracking, reporting).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to collect, structure, and present data in a clear and simple way.
- Proficiency in standard tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Desirable
- Basic knowledge or introductory certification in project, programme, or portfolio management (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, entry-level PMI).
- Interest in transformation, governance, or change management concepts.
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, IT, or transformation-related environments.
- Exposure to working with cross-functional or international teams.
- Familiarity with programme or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar PPM tools).
- Interest in developing knowledge of governance frameworks, integrated planning, and reporting processes.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn how to translate data into useful insights.
