Our client, a large and highly respected organisation undergoing significant transformation, is seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant to join their established Executive Support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative PA function supporting a group of senior directors who are responsible for delivering critical services and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to a number of Executive Directors, ensuring the smooth running of busy schedules and helping senior leaders operate effectively in a demanding environment.
Working as part of a close-knit team of an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistants, you will play a key role in coordinating priorities, managing competing demands and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Organising meetings, events and leadership engagements
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations and correspondence
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Supporting the wider Executive Support team during periods of high demand
- Prioritising competing requests and ensuring effective time management for senior leaders
- Acting as a trusted point of contact on behalf of leadership teams

About You
We are looking for an experienced PA who is confident operating at a senior level and who can quickly establish credibility and trust with stakeholders.
You will have:
- Previous experience supporting Executive Directors, Board-level leaders or senior leadership teams
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgement
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across a shared PA function
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience handling highly confidential information

Experienced PA/EA from regulated environments, government, housing associations, financial services or large corporate organisations who is accustomed to supporting multiple senior stakeholders and managing complex priorities.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who builds rapport naturally and quickly. Success in this role will come from your ability to develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, understand their working styles and provide seamless support from day one.
