Description
- Manage and maintain the diaries of senior management, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses.
- Organise and manage events or meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team when needed.
- Act as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

Profile
A successful PA should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer
- Permanent position based in Stirling.
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
