Are you a highly experienced, confident, and professional PA who knows when to respectfully challenge? Are you very organized, proactive, and committed to making life easier for a busy Managing Director? Have you significant experience of working one to one with a Founder, Business Owner, Managing Director, or CEO?

My client is a growing, multi-site professional business with a creative and client-driven approach. Due to growth, they are looking for an exceptional PA to support the Managing Director. This is a new role, and duties will be exceptionally varied including diary management, email management, travel arranging, and personal and family organizing.

As PA, you will also be responsible for implementing and running reports, preparing presentations, and implementing processes to make things easier for the MD. You will play a very important role in the growth of this company and will work closely with the Office Manager and other administrators in the business.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and shield for the MD
  • Coordinating meetings and client appointments
  • Inbox management and correspondence handling
  • Preparing meeting packs, presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Managing travel arrangements including personal travel
  • Liaising with other family members and associates
  • Implementing report analysis and running reports
  • Supporting business projects and strategic objectives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant who has worked on a one-on-one basis with a business owner, Managing Director, or CEO.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Experience within a professional or creative or service industry
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, self-awareness, and an ability to challenge
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced Word and intermediate Excel
  • The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • A professional, confident, and discreet approach
