The Company
Our client has built a catalogue that has collected over 100 Academy, BAFTA and Golden Globe Awards.
The Role
As a PA, you will work closely with internal teams, producers, agencies, broadcasters and external partners. You will ensure all needs for film releases, campaigns and industry activity are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling for the senior team, keeping diaries updated and coordinating calls, meetings, screenings and appointments
- Maintain clear communication channels, directing phone calls, managing email flow and keeping contact information up to date
- Support marketing and campaign activity, working with agencies and contractors on artwork, TV spots and promotional materials for upcoming releases
- Review press coverage, selecting strong quotes from newspapers and magazines for use in advertising campaigns
- Read and assess scripts, producing script reports to support development and acquisitions
- Coordinate delivery of release materials
- Assist with BAFTA-related administration, including voting information, annual renewals and key membership updates
- Prepare P&A budgets, drafting initial versions ahead of release dates
- Source tapes and documentation for the television department, including CCSLs and music cue sheets
- Arrange travel for directors and executives, organising flights, hotels, appointments and insurance
- Track ESTA renewals, ensuring expiry dates are monitored and updated
- Coordinate seasonal activity, including Christmas lunches, staff rotas and company cards

The Person
You should be organised, and confident managing a varied workload within a busy film environment. It is important you have strong communication skills, as well as the confidence to liaise with producers, agencies, broadcasters and senior stakeholders.
Being comfortable handling confidential materials, managing multiple deadlines and supporting both creative and operational activity is key. Having a genuine interest in film, a positive attitude and a steady, solutions-focused mindset will help you thrive in this role.
