PA / Administrative Assistant

Chris Turner Procurement | London | Hybrid | Permanent

Chris Turner Procurement is a luxury boutique procurement company based in London, specialising in FF&E and OS&E. With over 30 years’ experience delivering projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Far East, we pride ourselves on our unique, hands-on approach, providing clients with a highly personalised service, maintaining design integrity and delivering value for money.

We are looking for a PA / Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide key support to our Managing Director, as well as assisting the wider team when required.

This is a varied role within a close-knit business, where no two days are necessarily the same. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, personable and happy to get involved across the business.

The Role

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will provide a broad range of PA and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Managing Director’s diary, appointments and meetings
  • Managing emails, correspondence and day-to-day communications
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Taking meeting notes and minutes where required
  • Arranging travel, flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Managing expenses and related administration
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers and other external contacts
  • Assisting with client and supplier correspondence
  • General office and administrative support
  • Maintaining organised filing and document management systems
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Carrying out research and gathering information as required
  • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and related administration
  • Organising meetings, events and other company activities
  • Providing general assistance to the Director as required
  • Supporting other members of the team when needed
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects, tasks and requests across the business

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.

You should be comfortable managing a varied workload, able to prioritise competing demands and have good attention to detail. As you will be working closely with the Managing Director and the wider team, being personable, professional and a good communicator is essential.
