Job Title: PA / Administrator
Duration: 15 months
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days in the office
Location: Leatherhead (On-site)
This opportunity offers the chance to support a major debottlenecking project within a busy office-based environment in Leatherhead. The role focuses on project administration, SharePoint coordination, business travel arrangements and document support, helping to ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the wider project team. This position will suit candidates with strong organisational capability and proven experience using Word, Excel, SharePoint and DocuSign in a fast-paced project setting.
Required Experience
- Experience in project administration or office administration within a structured team environment.
- Experience managing correspondence, registers, lists and document-related activities.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, meeting rooms, office supplies and team events.
- Experience supporting internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint and DocuSign.
- Ability to manage project letters, filing and administrative records accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain multiple project admin lists and registers.
- Ability to coordinate conference room requirements and general project team support activities.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal support departments and wider teams.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-starting approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with client teams in a project environment.
- Previous experience supporting relocation-related practical arrangements such as accommodation, schooling or transportation.
