PA & Marketing Assistant
Location: Whiteley, Hampshire
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA & Marketing Assistant to support one of our Clients and their Senior Stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role focused on organisation, communication, and follow-up. You'll help manage day-to-day priorities, coordinate actions, and work with operational teams and the Marketing Department to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
PA Support
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor emails and organise incoming communications.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
- Take notes, track actions, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries.

Marketing Support
- Maintain CRM records and track marketing actions.
- Gather information, photographs, and case study content from operational teams.
- Liaise with the Marketing Department to support campaigns and activities.
- Assist with marketing communications, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a PA, administrative, or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
