Company Description

Koodos Group is a modern, FCA-regulated venture investment platform that supports ambitious founders with capital, structure, and long-term guidance. The company aims to make venture investing more accessible, transparent, and less intimidating by combining institutional rigor with a human, long-term approach. Koodos broadens access to high-quality venture opportunities for investors while providing founders with the freedom and resources to build meaningful businesses. The team operates with discipline, clarity, and regulatory oversight at every stage, offering structured access and strategic support. Koodos is distinct from traditional venture funds or informal angel networks, focusing instead on an aligned community of founders and investors building the future.

Role Description

To provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, helping them manage priorities and operate efficiently in a fast-paced venture environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business, with a particular focus on fundraising activities. You’ll work closely with the founders, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly—from organizing investor documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and files, to coordinating travel and meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
