Job Opportunity: PA/Bookkeeper/Admin Support

Rapid Auto Assist Limited is looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive PA/Bookkeeper/Admin Support to join our team.

This is a varied role combining personal assistant duties, bookkeeping, and general administration. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can manage their workload independently and provide essential support to the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, appointments, emails, and correspondence
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Manager
  • Preparing documents required for upcoming trials
  • Processing invoices, payments, expenses, and receipts
  • Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with accountants when required
  • Using bookkeeping software
  • General office administration, data entry, scanning, and filing
  • Supporting colleagues and assisting with compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within a small business
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • An AAT qualification or bookkeeping certification
