Personal Assistant / Executive Support Coordinator

Join a professional and growing organisation based in Reading, offering a flexible hybrid working pattern of up to 3 days working from home per week.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a team of senior consultants. This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys juggling priorities, building relationships and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for senior professionals
  • Coordinating domestic and international business travel arrangements
  • Maintaining CRM and business systems to ensure accurate records and processes
  • Updating project trackers, task lists and workflow dashboards
  • Preparing, proofreading and formatting reports, correspondence and proposals
  • Monitoring email inboxes and responding to enquiries where appropriate
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to coordinate meetings and project schedules
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems and company documentation
  • Processing expenses and supporting reporting activities
  • Assisting with contract reviews and ongoing project administration
  • Building strong working relationships across the wider business

About You

You will have previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role and be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent diary and workload management skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft 365
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
