About the role

As a PA/College Administrator, you will provide a professional, proactive and confidential administrative support service to Heads of School, wider School and College. Working in a busy and varied environment, you will manage complex diaries and correspondence, coordinate meetings and events, support recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain accurate records and information systems, and act as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the College, contributing to continuous improvement and helping to deliver an excellent service that supports the University's teaching, research and professional activities.

About you

You will be an organised and adaptable administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, you will use your initiative to solve problems, handle sensitive information with discretion and build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will have experience of working in an administrative or PA role, strong IT skills across Microsoft Office applications, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a supportive, inclusive and values-driven environment.
