Office Administrator & PA

Location: Cambridge

Term: Permanent, Full-time (onsite fully)

Salary: £Negotiable

Looking for a varied PA & Administrative role in Cambridge?

We're looking for a highly organised Office Administrator & PA to keep a busy Cambridge office running smoothly while providing first-class support to the CEO and leadership team.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys helping others and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Supporting the CEO and leadership team with diaries, meetings and administration
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, accommodation, itineraries and visas
  • Welcoming visitors and preparing meeting rooms
  • Supporting Board meetings, company events and team activities
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and building management
  • Producing polished presentations, reports, spreadsheets and communications
  • Tracking actions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Using technology, AI and automation to improve processes and save time

What we're looking for

You'll have previous experience in office administration, office coordination, PA, team assistant or executive support and be confident working with senior stakeholders.

You'll also be:

  • Exceptionally organised, accurate and dependable
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
  • Calm and adaptable when priorities change
  • Discreet when handling confidential information
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Comfortable using AI
  • Curious about technology and quick to learn new systems

Experience within a technology, engineering or fast-paced professional environment would be beneficial.
