A growing and highly successful fashion brand is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager / PA to join its London headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a dynamic business, supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.
Your new role
As Office Manager / PA, you will be responsible for creating an efficient, professional and welcoming office environment while providing dedicated support to the Founder. This is a varied role that combines office management, administration, diary coordination and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-paced organisation.
Duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and coordinating meeting arrangements.
- Maintaining office supplies and facilities.
- Identifying and implementing more efficient and cost-effective office processes.
- Handling telephone enquiries and assisting with customer and client communications.
- Managing diary scheduling and email correspondence for the Founder.
- Organising travel, accommodation and transport arrangements.
- Arranging internal events, meetings and company functions.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, PA, EA or business support position.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A confident and professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A proactive, positive and hands-on attitude.
