Supporting our 9 European Villages, our Chief Culture Officer is now recruiting a PA & Programme Coordinator
This is a 12-month FTC starting end of October 2026
The role
This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Culture Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of daily priorities, communications, meetings, travel and confidential matters.
The role also requires project and programme coordination support for the Chief Culture Officer's culture and philanthropic initiatives, requiring the ability to manage data, communications and logistics independently across multiple concurrent workstreams and be a point of contact for the Culture team.

What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Manage and maintain the Chief Culture Officer's diary, proactively prioritising commitments and ensuring effective use of time
- Arrange complex travel, taxis, accommodation and itineraries, including international travel where required
- Organise conference calls, Teams meetings and video calls across multiple time zones
- Support projects, events and culture-related initiatives as required, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
- Coordinate progress updates and reporting across all philanthropic and culture programmes
- Build and maintain data trackers and dashboards (in Excel, PPT or AI tools) to monitor programme progress, applications, and campaign performance
What we're looking for

- Experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced and international environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of working in a senior executive environment
- Experience of working in a global organisation supporting teams across different countries
- Experience in programme or project coordination, ideally across philanthropic initiatives, not solely PA experience
- Strong understanding of and confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Manus, Copilot and other) to support drafting, research, data analysis and productivity — comfortable adopting new tools quickly
