Client Details
A professional services organisation based in Aberdeen.
Description
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Job Offer
- Permanent position in Edinburgh.
- Salary ranging from £31,500 to £36,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Additional benefits as part of the contract.
