Personal Assistant / Team Secretary
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a well-established organisation within the insurance sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to support C-Suite in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities, managing competing priorities and providing proactive, high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments across multiple stakeholders.
- Organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodation.
- Preparing professional presentations, reports and correspondence.
- Organising off-site meetings, leadership events and presentations.
- Managing expenses, invoices and reconciliations.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Anticipating challenges, resolving scheduling conflicts and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Supporting wider leadership teams and contributing to ad hoc projects.

About You
We are looking for a confident, proactive and adaptable PA who thrives in a busy corporate environment.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience supporting senior Executives or C-suite leaders.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and expenses.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the confidence to work independently.

Previous experience within insurance, financial services or another professional corporate environment would be advantageous.
