Do you want to help us make a difference? We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide essential support to senior leaders in Adult Social Care and Health, helping to coordinate priorities, manage key meetings and keep important work moving for the benefit of residents in East Sussex.

As a Personal Assistant in Adult Social Care and Health, you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, helping the service run smoothly through effective diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, correspondence and follow-up of actions.

Role Duration The role is offered for six months initially to cover an external secondment.

Candidates Requirements We are looking for candidates who:

  • Highly organised individuals who take pride in their work
  • Can use Microsoft administrative support tools such as Outlook, Co-pilot, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Ideally have experience of providing administrative support to senior managers.
  • Can organise, attend and accurately minute formal meetings.
  • Are confident managing diaries and making appointments.
  • Can produce clear correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, Members, partners and customers.
  • Can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Are proactive, flexible and able to use initiative.
  • Understand confidentiality, political sensitivity and professional boundaries.
