Your Role
Personal Assistant to Director of AdPower (12 Month FTC)
A brilliant opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused PA to support the Director of AdPower, with additional support to the wider team. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, managing competing priorities and becoming a true extension of a busy senior leader.
As a Personal Assistant at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Director support (80%):
- Provide dedicated, proactive support to the Director of AdPower, acting as a true extension of them day to day
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, using judgement to prioritise meetings, resolve clashes and make best use of time
- Support with inbox management, flagging urgent actions and helping to keep priorities on track
- Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings, with agendas, papers, briefing notes and actions in place
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries and other logistics as required
- Track follow-up actions and key deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Create and format presentations, documents and meeting materials to a high standard
- Build a strong understanding of AdPower, its priorities and stakeholders so you can anticipate needs and provide effective support

Team support and coordination (20%):
- Provide administrative support to the wider AdPower team where needed
- Coordinate team meetings, room bookings, refreshments and virtual set-up
- Organise and support team events, offsites, socials and wider business activities
- Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Help manage team deadlines and general day-to-day organisation
Stakeholder management and ways of working (ongoing):
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Work closely with the wider PA/EA community
- Use initiative to spot issues early, solve problems and improve processes
- Look for ways to simplify administration and make the Director and team more effective

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Built a strong relationship with the Director of AdPower and key stakeholders
- Developed a good understanding of the AdPower product and team priorities
- Established effective ways of managing diaries, deadlines and team admin
- Become a proactive and trusted support who can anticipate needs and add value day to day
What You’ll Need
- Organisation and prioritisation: You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple demands, help prioritise workloads and stay calm under pressure.
- Proactivity and judgement: You'll anticipate needs, spot what matters most and take action with confidence.
- Relationship building: You'll be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and quickly building trust.
- Attention to detail: You'll produce accurate, high-quality work across scheduling, documents, expenses and administration.
- Systems confidence: You'll have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and be confident picking up new systems quickly.
- Confidentiality and discretion: You'll handle sensitive information professionally and with integrity.
- Communication skills: You'll communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. You may be asked to create decks to support the Director.
