Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced PA to Directors in the Technology industry, providing technology solutions to companies around the globe.
You will be providing general and administrative support to the Managing Director in ensuring the best use of the MD’s time. The ideal candidate would be intelligent, proactive and flexible and adept at multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls compiling a list of queries and reporting back to the relevant staff / customers or suppliers
- Email management; organising and prioritising emails on a daily basis
- Ensuring that the MD’s tasks and time sensitive items are achieved on a daily basis
- Diary management, organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel and accommodation in the UK and abroad
- Flexibility to travel to meetings with MD
- Organising and coordinating events both in the UK and abroad
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence where necessary
- Conducting research and reporting to MD as and when necessary
- Supporting internal and external meetings with reports, agenda’s and minutes
- Create and maintain a filing system for all MD’s paperwork
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / admin systems to enable MD to work effectively
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers
- Collating and filing MD’s expenses
- Providing support for the Sales teams as required

Skills
- 3-5 years previous experience supporting at Director/Executive/Senior Manager Level with understanding of the need for strict confidentiality
- You will have a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken
- Team player with a cheerful and friendly confident manner
- Flexible in approach to both with work and hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions where necessary
- Excellent time-management, organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong IT skills; including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure

Experience
- Admin: 2 year (Preferred) and PA: 5 year (Preferred)
Language
- English (Required) and Multilingual (Preferred)
Licence
- Full UK / International driving licence required (Required)
