PA to Directors

- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Role Overview
Trespass has identified the need to appoint a Personal Assistant to work within our PA team. As one of the PA’s, you will work as a valued member of the team supporting several of our Directors in assisting with office duties as and where required.

Could you be who we are looking for?
- Do you enjoy working in a busy office environment?
- Are you a strong communicator with excellent organisation and people management skills?
- Do you have the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently?
- Do you have excellent attention to detail?
- Can you demonstrate discretion and tact?
- Do you have working knowledge of standard Word processing, spreadsheet, and other productivity software tools?
What does a typical day sound like?
- You will be responsible for managing Directors' calendars, identifying diary clashes, and scheduling requirements.
- You will liaise with external businesses to arrange meetings and distribute agenda/papers where necessary.
- You will be responsible for taking minutes in meetings.
- You will be expected to maintain a close awareness of confidentiality policies and sensitivities when handling business.
- You will also be responsible for taking and making telephone calls on behalf of the Directors.
- Active file management both physical and electronic.
- You will assist in booking and managing travel arrangements for the Directors and staff members as required.

Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
- Confident in communicating with internal and external parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
