A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a globally renowned and award-winning architecture and design practice.
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable, intelligent, and naturally proactive individual who can operate independently, navigate a complex international organisation, and become a trusted and respected right-hand support to a highly influential figure within the creative world.
The Founder is often working remotely and travelling internationally, so this role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership, reading situations, and ensuring things happen without the need for constant direction.

Working across multiple international offices and alongside senior stakeholders, you will need to confidently build relationships, extract information, and coordinate people across different locations, cultures, and working styles.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing an extremely busy and complex diary across multiple time zones
- Strategically planning schedules, commitments, and travel well in advance
- Coordinating complex international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Researching and gathering relevant information to ensure the Founder is appropriately briefed and prepared
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across international offices
- Managing invitations, events, and a varied programme of industry and social commitments
- Building strong relationships internally and externally and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Assisting with occasional personal and family commitments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
