PA to Headteacher / Executive Assistant – SEN School
Location: Islington, London
Rate: £150-250 per day DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or School Administrator looking for a senior support role within a specialist education setting? We are working with a specialist SEN school seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to the Headteacher / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
This is a key role within the school, suited to someone who can operate with discretion, professionalism and initiative in a busy environment.

The Role
Working closely with the Headteacher, you will:
- Manage a busy and complex diary, meetings and appointments
- Prepare agendas, papers, presentations and meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication between the Headteacher, SLT, staff, families and external professionals
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support school events, meetings and key organisational priorities
- Coordinate correspondence, reports and documentation
- Assist with administrative projects and wider school operations
- Act as a professional first point of contact for the Headteacher's office
- Work closely with the wider administrative and leadership teams

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an exceptionally organised individual with strong communication, administration and time-management skills.
Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator or School Business/Administration professional would be highly desirable. Experience within a school or SEN setting would be advantageous, but isn't essential for the right candidate.
You will need to be calm under pressure, highly organised, discreet and confident dealing with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
