Role Overview

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly for the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School in Brighton. You'll handle a mix of administrative and organisational tasks that help the department stay on top of its responsibilities.

Description

  • Manage diaries and schedules for the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School.
  • Organise meetings, appointments and events, ensuring everything is planned efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports and presentations as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist with general office administration and support.
  • Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action points where necessary.

Profile

A successful PA to Heads of Sixth Form & Middle School should have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting others.
