PA to International HR Director (Temporary, 5-months)
We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a prestigious international firm, who are seeking a highly reliable and proactive PA to HR Director to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Role
As PA to the HR Director, you will provide high-level administrative and PA support, taking responsibility for complex diary management, travel arrangements, meetings and documentation. You will also play an important role in supporting the wider HR team across a range of operational, engagement and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate senior meetings, forums and events, managing logistics, agendas, papers and minute-taking.
- Prepare board reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Manage correspondence, inboxes and communications with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expenses, invoices and general administration.
- Support the wider HR leadership team as required with HR projects, engagement initiatives and selected HR processes.
- Assist with office, charity and colleague wellbeing activities.

You will need:
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous HR administration experience or a CIPD qualification would be advantageous
