Leicestershire | Hybrid Working

Up to £39,000 + Bonus

Kitson Associates is exclusively recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to Managing Director to join an established new-build housing developer based in Leicestershire. This is a key position supporting the Managing Director and helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy regional business. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is already operating in a PA, Executive Assistant or similar senior support role. Previous experience within a housebuilder would be highly advantageous, although candidates from closely related property or construction businesses will also be considered.

The role

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, providing proactive day-to-day support and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business. Responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
