PA to Property Services Director
Sheffield based with a balance of home and office working
£32,738 - £34,486 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
We have an opportunity for a PA to Property Services Director to join our team. This role will help and support the Director of Property Services in their day to day leadership and management of the Property Services teams across the country. Whilst primarily working independently with frequent contact with the Director, you will also be in regular contact with a wide variety of staff within Property Services and your work will often require input from Heads of Service reporting into the Director of Property Services. As such the role will require someone to be self-sufficient and self-motivated and able to network and establish themselves quickly within the team.
The role of PA to Property Services Director will include:
- Day-to-day management of dairies and making travel arrangements for the Director of Property Services
- Providing administrative support including admin support for meetings, email enquiries, and communication channels for the team/service
- Manage enquiries on behalf of the Senior Management team / Director acting as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and mail
- Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors

Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience of providing administrative support to senior management
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills

£32,738 per annum (rising to £34,486 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £28,646 based on 35 hours per week rising to £30,175 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
