Experience within sales, marketing, events, or a commercial environment would be advantageous, but most importantly, we're looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising urgent commercial and client matters.
- Support the Commercial Director to prepare presentations, reports, proposals, agendas, and commercial documentation.

- Take accurate meeting minutes and track follow-up actions to ensure commitments are delivered.
- Maintain accurate commercial records, contacts, and business opportunities using CRM systems.
- Support project coordination and monitor progress against commercial objectives.
- Liaise with internal departments to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional activity, and events.
- Process expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative requirements.
- Provide wider business and project support as required.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
