Position: Personal Assistant to the Group Executive Director of Human Resources

Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Pay: £18.50-£22.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits

Location: East London & Southwest Essex (Multi-Sited)

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Adecco Romford & London East are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated support to a senior HR executive within a large, multi-site organisation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a busy executive office, supporting strategic priorities, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, meetings, and appointments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Supporting confidential HR activities, including employee relations matters and organisational change projects
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinating travel, events, and logistical arrangements
  • Supporting governance, record management, and administrative processes

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Significant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads, competing priorities, and confidential information
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and executive documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Please note: This is a multi-site role covering locations across East London and Southwest Essex. Flexibility to travel between sites is required
