In a nutshell
At Virgin Atlantic, we believe everyone can take on the world. Behind every great leader is someone who keeps everything running seamlessly—and that's where you come in.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support three senior leaders: the VP Communications, VP Brand & Marketing and VP Customer Experience. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll be at the heart of our Customer leadership team, managing priorities, coordinating key activities and ensuring our VPs can focus on delivering brilliant outcomes for our people and our customers.
If you thrive on organisation, love building relationships and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
No two days are the same. You'll expertly manage three busy diaries, coordinate meetings and events, organise travel, prepare presentations and briefing packs, and act as a trusted first point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
Working closely with the Customer leadership teams and the wider PA and EA community, you'll anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise and help keep multiple teams connected and organised.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
