Role Purpose
Job Title: SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Consultant – Colombia Localization
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC Consultant to lead the configuration, integration, and deployment of electronic invoicing and statutory reporting solutions for our operations in Colombia. You will act as the subject matter expert to ensure seamless compliance with DIAN regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- DRC Configuration: Set up SAP Document and Reporting Compliance for e-invoicing and statutory reporting.
- DIAN Integration: Connect and integrate SAP directly with the Colombia tax authority (DIAN) platform.
- Compliance Mapping: Map business transactions to meet local legal and XML schema requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Execute end-to-end testing of XML generation, transmission, and status tracking.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve integration errors, mapping discrepancies, and transmission failures.

- SAP DRC Expertise: Proven experience configuring SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (formerly Document Compliance/e-document framework).
- Colombia Localization: Deep understanding of Colombia e-invoicing laws and DIAN technical requirements.
- Technical Integration: Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration) or PI/PO for connecting to government portals.
- Statutory Reporting: Knowledge of configuring legal reporting formats required by Colombian authorities.
- Core SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP FI/SD modules and how they feed into the DRC framework.
