Packaging Artworker
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Packaging Artworker to support a busy retail packaging account.
Working from supplied concepts, templates and cutter guides, you’ll create accurate packaging artwork, product variations, range rollouts and production-ready files. This role would suit someone who enjoys structured artwork production and takes pride in getting every detail right.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating packaging artwork from supplied concepts and templates
- Producing pack variations, adaptations, amends and range rollouts
- Updating copy, imagery, product details, icons and barcodes
- Applying brand guidelines and packaging templates consistently
- Preparing organised and technically accurate artwork files
- Checking work against briefs, copy documents and approval comments
- Maintaining accurate file naming and version control
- Taking clear direction from senior colleagues and account teams, and working confidently within a scheduled studio workflow
- Flagging missing information or potential artwork issues
- Managing priorities and communicating progress clearly
- Building your packaging and production knowledge with support from the wider team

What we’re looking for
- Experience in artwork, graphic production, pre-press or print design
- Good Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- An organised and methodical approach
- The ability to follow templates, guidelines and technical instructions
- Comfortable taking instruction, responding positively to feedback and working to allocated schedules and priorities
- Good file management and version control habits
- A positive approach to feedback and development

Previous packaging experience and knowledge of cutter guides, print production or barcode placement would be beneficial but are not essential.
