Are you passionate about packaging compliance, sustainability and driving positive environmental change?

We’re working with a values-led fashion retail business that is looking for a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join its growing sustainability team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of key packaging compliance initiatives while helping shape the business’s wider environmental ESG strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead packaging compliance across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax
  • Analyse and manage packaging compliance data and reporting
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance
  • Support certification, preferred fibre and supply chain traceability initiatives
  • Help implement new systems and improve packaging processes
  • Develop internal communications and training around ESG and compliance
  • Keep ahead of emerging packaging legislation and industry developments

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in packaging compliance
  • Strong analytical and data-processing skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and data platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines
  • Experience within ESG and/or fast-paced retail would be highly desirable
