Packaging Compliance Technologist (CLP / REACH)

Location: Poole, Dorset
Are you an experienced Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Product Compliance professional looking to join a rapidly growing British manufacturer where you can take ownership of product compliance across international markets?
Do you have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes, with commercial awareness needed to ensure products, documentation, and business practices meet the required standards across the UK and international markets?

The Role:
- Monitor changes to applicable UK and EU legislation, regulations, industry standards, and internal requirements
- Assess the impact of regulatory developments and recommend appropriate updates to policies, processes, and controls
- Support product compliance across multiple international markets and product categories
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, testing, audits, and control reviews
- Identify compliance gaps and document findings clearly
The Person:
- Background within compliance, regulatory affairs, or product compliance in packaging
- Experience conforming to international packaging regulations like REACH or CLP
