Permanent Midweight FMCG Designer Role — Brand & Packaging Designer - Food, Beauty and Health & Wellness Products - Hybrid Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000, depending on experience and skills
Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in Central London offices / 2 days Remote
*also a Junior role is available at £28k *

The Opportunity
Our client, a global creative agency specialising in brand, packaging and FMCG, is looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join its creative team.
Working across a broad range of FMCG brands, the role will cover everything from developing brand identities and packaging systems to creating 360° activations and delivering production-ready artwork.
From sweets to soups, skincare to health & wellness, the variety of projects offers plenty of scope for creative exploration.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience within a design studio, creative agency or freelance environment, bringing strong creative thinking, excellent design craft and the confidence to take projects from concept through to delivery. Specifically for brand and packaging.
What They’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Sketch work or scamping using a mac
- 2-5 years experience within a Brand, Design, Comms or Media agency, in a design role
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience developing brand identities, packaging systems and product ranges.
- An understanding of brand strategy, commercial objectives and print production.
- Confidence to challenge briefs, present ideas and take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
