Salary, Benefits and Hours
- GBP40,000:GBP45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Company car, phone and laptop provided

Role Overview
- Install, commission, service and maintain a range of specialist production equipment
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs at customer sites
- Complete service reports and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times

What We're Looking For
- Previous field service experience working on automated or packaging-related machinery
- Apprentice-trained engineer with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and professional customer-facing approach
- Positive work ethic with a willingness to travel and stay away when required
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with filling, capping, conveying, bagging or cartoning equipment
- Mechanical, pneumatic or automation experience
- Experience commissioning new machinery
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
- Relevant engineering qualifications
Work Location
- Home-based field service position
- Ideally located in the Midlands region
- UK-wide customer coverage with occasional visits to company facilities
- Mix of installations, servicing, preventative maintenance and breakdown support
- Regular travel and overnight stays required as part of the role
