Job Description:

Operator
Full-time, Permanent Position

Location: Leven
Shift-pattern: 12-hour rotating shift (day/night/weekends)
End date to Apply: Monday, 24th August

About the Function:

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved, and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering, and supplier partnerships. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.

About the Role:

Working as a packaging operator on a rotational 12hr shift pattern at Leven packaging, you’ll play a pivotal role in the packaging process, where you will be responsible for the packaging process of some of our most famous brands and industry-leading machinery.

Health and safety compliance is key, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets including quality, efficiency, energy management, planning, and cost efficiency.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.

You’ll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.

You'll thrive in root cause problem-solving situations and possess excellent interpersonal skills across all levels to effectively communicate solutions/fixes to respective teams to ensure continuous improvement within our operations.
