Love working in a fast-paced environment? Want to be part of the team behind some of the UK's favourite craft beers?

We're looking for a Packaging Operator to join us at Beavertown on a fixed-term contract. You'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently, helping us package great beer to the high standards our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up, running and shutting down packaging lines
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout production
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
  • Spotting and helping to resolve basic equipment issues
  • Completing production and quality records
  • Supporting stock counts and other packaging activities
  • Working closely with your teammates to keep production moving

What we're looking for

  • Have experience in manufacturing, food or drink production (brewery experience is a bonus)
  • Enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable with manual handling
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Have a positive attitude and a good eye for detail
  • Can follow processes and keep accurate records
  • Can adapt to changing production priorities
  • Are happy to work a rotating shift pattern
  • Experience troubleshooting production equipment would be an advantage, but it's not essential.

Working pattern

  • This is a full-time, rota-based role working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday.
  • 9-hour shifts (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
  • Morning and evening shifts between 6:00am and midnight
  • Rotating AM and PM shifts
  • Weekend working is required
  • Your rota will be shared by your manager in advance
  • We'll always give you at least 24 hours' notice of any changes to your shift start time
