PACKAGING PROJECT MANAGER
(Hybrid working, office location Litlington, South Cambridgeshire)

About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Packaging Project Manager to manage packaging projects from design through final delivery by coordinating internal stakeholders and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the business to onboard new customers following all internal processes and procedures
- Prepare briefs for low New Product Development enquiries, managing all samples, costs and timings
- Collating all primary items, technical drawings, and artworks from the customer
- Responsible for the management of all commercial/financial data with our customers
- Regular updates to all internal and external stakeholders to keep projects/orders on track
- Collate client feedback and approvals
- Raise all internal/factory sample, tooling and production Purchase orders
- Manage the order validation process following all internal processes and procedures
- Manage all internal purchase and sales invoice requests with the relevant finance teams
- Liaising with Planning and Logistics on Production Timings and Delivery Schedules
- Upkeep of the Sales Forecast
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Organisation Skills - Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project documentation accurately.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Confident working with customers and internal teams, providing updates and coordinating activities.
- Customer Service & Coordination Experience - Experience supporting customers, managing requests, and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
- Good Administrative & Financial Skills - Comfortable processing orders, purchase orders, invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to Detail & Systems Skills - Strong data accuracy and proficiency in Excel and business systems to track projects, forecasts, and approvals.

Ideal background: Experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or a similar operational environment; Experience with MS Dynamics 365;
